Land owned by Powderham Castle , and leased from Parish Council. Open since 04/01/08.

Plots run by devolved Association, include school plot, and dedicated disabled plot with raised beds. Shortly to have composting toilet, as well as website. No of plots - 12 full size, 25 half size plots. 250m2 is full size. All plots full and waitng list in place. Derrell Road Allotments, situated in the St. Michaels District of Paignton. Mains water supplied.

Lower Penns Road, TQ3 2RR situated in the Preston area of Paignton adjacent to Preston Town - number of plots 27, of which 5 are divided into half plots.  Mains water supplied.

Oakleigh Allotments, TQ4 5LT situated in the St. Michaels District of Paignton - number of plots 43, of which 5 are divided into half plots.  Mains water supplied.

The 3 sites are currently managed by the Paignton Home Garden and Allotment Society as from April 1st 2008.
